Basil-Cashew Aioli
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup Cashews soaked
- 2 cup Water
- 4 ea Garlic
- 1 ea Shallots
- 1 ea Lemon zest
- 1 ea Lemon juice
- 1 cup Basil
- 2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- ½ tsp Red pepper flakes
- 2 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Puree all ingredients in blender until smooth
