Basil-Cashew Aioli

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup Cashews soaked
  • 2 cup Water
  • 4 ea Garlic
  • 1 ea Shallots
  • 1 ea Lemon zest
  • 1 ea Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Basil
  • 2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • ½ tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 2 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Puree all ingredients in blender until smooth
