  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ΒΌ cup apple vinegar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp brown mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • ea salt, pepper, cayenne to taste
